SUPER LARGE BODY: Larger quantities of 3D works can be printed. The case of the K1 Max can reach a size of 435 x 462 x 526 mm. The net weight is 18kg. The printing is larger. The Z-axis is precisely positioned, effectively reducing the Z-zone. Aluminum alloy frame, one-piece molding to ensure fast and stable printing, as well as excellent printing quality throughout the process.
IMPRESSIVE PRINT SPEED: 600mm/s: The combination of the flexible Core XY system and a lightweight printhead weighing only 190g enables the K1 Max to reach a speed of 600mm/s in just 0.03 seconds with an acceleration of 20000 mm/s2. That is 12 times faster than traditional 3D printers. The speed is made possible by the powerful dual-core CPU and the latest self-developed slicer Creality Print. It is as efficient as multiple 3D printers.
32mm³/s FLOW RATE AND DOUBLE COOLING: The new ceramic heater around the hotend melts the filament instantly. A flow rate of up to 32 mm³/s at temperatures up to 300°C. The newly printed models are quickly cooled by two fans - one on the print head with a directional air duct and one in the build cavity. The model hardens before any pulling or deformation occurs.
AI-ASSISTED WORRY-FREE PRINTING: With a LiDAR sensor with a resolution of 1μm, the K1 Max automatically scans the first layer. If there are any problems, the printing process will be paused and you will be notified immediately. In addition, the K1 Max uses a camera with the help of AI technology to monitor errors such as blockages, foreign objects or debris and react accordingly. It also supports real-time monitoring and allows creation of time-delayed shares.
MINIMAL OPERATION REQUIRED: The K1 Max arrives pre-assembled and calibrated prior to shipping and comes with a quick start guide. This allows users to start printing immediately. A tension sensor in the heater plate provides an automatic leveling feature, while the AI LiDAR scans the tilt angle of the print platform millions of times for more precise leveling. The heating plate can be heated to 60°C in just 90 seconds.
